Finally Found a 1970-D Half!!!!

Got my 2 boxes for the week which have mostly been skunks since the new year, and out pops a 1970-D Half. Was the last thing I was expecting since just last week I was answering some survey on the thread and picked the 1970 Half as the toughest thing to find. Only took me 18 months to get one. All I need now is a Barber. Also found 4 other 40%'s in the box.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!! I still remember the day I found my (only) 1970-D. It was like Christmas and my birthday all in one. My wife saw the look on my face and was like "What, What? What??" I couldnt say a word. She thought I was choking on something and was about to head over to give me the heimlich lol

I honestly believe if I ever find a seated lib or flying eagle cent, it still will not feel as sweet.

Congrats. I found one a couple years ago. I was just about to take a break from CRH, when there it was. It kept me going for a couple extra weeks.
I also still need to find a Barber, but one of the banks I went to, the teller had one that the machine rejected and she sold it to me for $3.50.

I've only found two 1970D's in more than four years of searching.
I think it is easier to find the Loch Ness Monster.
