finally found a buffalo

Been working an old homesite with very little success, have spent 8 to 10 hours searching this place. This morning I had this 1918 penny and 1916 buffalo nickel jump under my coil. It's my first buffalo nickel so I was pretty excited.

Well done! My Etrac is a nickel magnet...but for some reason, Buffs elude me. Took my new EQ600 to one of my nickel hotspots the other day and BAM! Two Buffs in the first 15 mins. And one was on edge about 7-8" deep. 😁 I'm happy.
