Finally found an error coin

I usually save the ugliest coin in each box. I think I have an all time winner.
I don't know how this thing could not be rejected!
I have not checked to see if it a DDO.

That's not an error coin, that's a coin that erroneously went through a garbage disposal.

It's still a half dollar worth 50 cents. No reason a machine should reject it. It's still recognizable as a half dollar. It makes me think of it as a best up dollar bill. Until it's ripped in half and still together then it's still good.
