After some new snow, I had only once place to go. But it has been too long not getting out! The old army base near us was saved from the snow lately so away I went solo. Looked around the map looking for an area we haven't really pounded. Was just hoping for a few wheat's to get some dig time in for the new year. After a few hours I was happy with 11 wheat's, ranging fro 1919-1950. A few silvers made the day even better. The frog is stamped Mexico / Silver and came in at 12.9 grams. Tried to find the stone in the dirt but nothing.......Hopefully I will get over to Reno area with the son who is in his final semester of school for some street / sidewalk they have planned . Then in May we are going to San Angelo Texas for a week. And of course we're taking out machines! :laughing7::laughing7::laughing7::laughing7: Be safe out there and good luck!
