Yeah, that's Lou Hotz. He came and spoke to the guys and gals where I work and I showed up just to hear him speak. He seems like a sincerely nice guy. After he spoke folks lined up to get their picture taken with him and I figured what the heck and got in line. I have never had my picture made with someone as well known as this guy so it was a real treat.
