Finally scored silver in halves!! (updated)

I have been buying hundreds of dollars in rolled halves and have been skunked up until this morning. I bought $100 worth and found: 2 - 1964's and one 1967. After that I ran back and got $200 worth more. I haven't opened them yet though. I was beginning to wonder if maybe you guys got them all.

I just checked the other $200 and there was 1 - 1966 and 3 - 1967. Gotta go back for more.

Went back and got $500 worth. In it I found 7 halves from 1966-1969.

Thing is when I went there I got a different teller. When I asked her for the halves she got pissy and said no. I told her I knew they just got $1000 in last week. She begrudgingly went back and got them. I wanted to complain, but just kept my mouth shut and said thank you.

She probably didn't want to haul that heavy box. Every day's a Monday for some people. Kudos for staying civil. Nothing worse than a grouchy teller. WTG on the silver!

I think she was trying to save them for a friend of hers or something. Why else get annoyed when someone wants to buy rolled coin?

Wow, I guess I've been lucky with the tellers I talk to. They've all been very interested and enthusiastic, and usually ask what I've found in the last batch of coins I get.
