I've been detecting my yard for a few weeks now and have found a lot of nice finds and a pile of wheat pennies. I think it's around 27 wheat pennies. I knew there had to be silver somewhere around. I went out today for a few minutes in between the rain and did a little digging in the mud. I recovered some nice targets today and a few of them I have no idea what they are. I think the Mickey Mouse looking thing is the back of an old lock and I have no clue what the the long brass thing is. I also found a few 410 shotgun shell headstamps and a 12 gauge headstamp, a .22 caliber bullet that was around 3 inches deep, a broken harmonica reed, not sure what the brass piece with the threads is but it says Craftsman on it, 1 junk ring, an old brass button, 1940 wheat penny and finally found my silver, a very nice 1945 Mercury dime.
