Find Im hoping to identify

New to the forms but have been beaching comb for a few years now. Found this last fall on the shores of Lake Erie, just west of Erie, PA. Curious to see if anyone has thoughts or ideas on what it is or where to find more help to identify it.

Found on the shore, washed up after a fall storm.

5.25" x 3.5" . I thought it was made out of copper. The CWGerm wraps around and has what I think is an "o" on the end also though it maybe a sloppy "q", not sure.
