A very nice day to get out into the field. temps in the upper 50's but a moderate to strong breeze kept the "feels like" temp much lower. Started out partly cloudy and as the day worn on more clouds came into make it fully overcast as the storm front was to bring rain in this evening.

Start out looking good but once I got to the ridge, I seen that the rest of the field was covered from heavy bean stubble - bummer. But other fields are ready.

Great post! What a joy to see a deep plow instead of no till. Love the insitu!

Now that’s a field. How long will it take to level out? When it’s level hopefully it will still be winter so the grass isn’t thick

it's raining today, I estimate it could take up to 2 or 3 inches of rain to flatten the rough hills and troughs.

The fields should be able to be searched again in about 2 weeks.

The finds tickle off from often, to scattered to occasional, after I hit the field.

Very nice recoveries.

I have a spot I find stuff even with no till, I’d love for them to plow one time to see what could come up.
