Finds at 2 Old Home Sites

Hello All. Dug two small town homes sites c.19-teens and got a wide variety of items including misc hardware, ammo, Wheaties, Ford parts, RFD lock, and one real nice Great Seal cuff or collar button.

No silver but not bad...Btoots got a 1990 V nickel at one site.

Sure is hot out there but the rains have arrived to cool things down a bit.

Hello digging440yrs. Thanks for the reply. The RFD stands for "Rural Free Delivery" a government postal program began in the 1890's to deliver the mail into remote areas. See link. I have several of these but this is my firs "ACME" brand. Good luck. C9
