Got out late Saturday morning for a couple of hours. Here is what I found. Not much but the beaches are getting busier. May have been better if I got up at 4:30 when I wanted to but after going to bed at 3:30 thats a little hard to do.

Lots of clad coins from that hunt MDG. Interesting
video when you switch camera mounting spots. It
gives a whole different look to detecting. HH

...Not for those who get motion sickness. :P

I agree. This is reality detecting from the eyes of the detectorist. At least until I can hire a production crew...haha.....I like to move quick......stay posted for the Blaire Witch Beach hunt...one day

Hey,
Metaldetector guy,
Tell me about how you are mounting your camera.
Are you using a Tachon camera? Can you take a pic
of your different mounting setups?
Thanks,
Diver

I like it! I like it! You made it fun, and you give a feel for the beach. :notworthy:

No not using a tachyon. I welded mounts to one of my scoops and built another portable mount for my other scoops. It's a lil heavy but I have cut the weight down by 50% and working on getting more out. I have also installed mounts on my detectors and currently working on a new mounting setup. The Tachyon is a nice shape though and probably good for creating new mounts as it can probably be hidden well because now I have people asking me about the camera too as well as what I've found and I'd rather hunt not talk...ya know

now you have me interested in mounting my camera on my scoop. I enjoyed your video! Just gotta figure out how to accomplish doing that and securing it onto the scoop for under water recovery video! Plus water proof camera container, which I think can be purchased from Bill Jackson's Outfitters! Plus guess I will have to learn to do video editing!
