These are the pieces I found on my last trip to my favorite Ft Ancient village, the Goldcamp Site. These were found around mid June before the corn and beans got to high to hunt.
The first picture is everything from the days hunt. The pieces on the left are from the Ft Ancient village and the pieces on the right are from the higher ridges which are mostly Archaic pieces that we find there. The piece of stone that is sharpened to a point is a puzzle to me. It has been ground on both sides to a sharp point the base has been chipped like they were trying to actually put a base on it. It is a complete piece and made just the way you see it.
