I haven't found much in the last month...

just one or two things at a time so I decided to save them up and show them at the end of the month.
Well here they are if you look at it this way it looks like alot... now this are my good finds and the more interesting ones...
but the clad was triple what I found here but not worth showing.

Lots of Lead and Brass... I have over 60lbs of brass for the year so far... Lead is nearing 40lbs

Questions, Comments, Complaints, Criticism are all welcome... Thanks for looking.

These are all my "Good" find for September 2011
Sept_Finds.webp

Nothing real special... just neat finds....
Sept Finds 1.webp

Silver finds... one V nickel... 1963 Quarter Coin Ring... Ring on the left is junk but don't know what it is made of.
Sept Finds 2.webp

Found at a vacant lot where an old home used to be....
Sept Finds LP.webp

I was looking through a pile of foreign coins and spotted theses tow... never knew I had them.
Sept Finds FC.webp

Yard Sale Finds... now the ring at the bottom left says 925 but it sticks to a magnet!
Anyone have a clue to that? Also the spoon ring has no markings. might be silver?

Nice haul Chuckers, haven't got a barber quarter yet,but I will,a couple halves too!!!!!!!!!!!God Bless HH Chris

great finds for sure!

what's the flip side of the Star of Zoroaster---and for shoes??? I think that's what's on the one I found.

Cool stuff Chuckers! I like the coin ring and spoon ring. :icon_thumright:

If that ring is hitting on a magnet it is bogus. I see stuff marked all the time that is fake. It's everywhere.

Star of Zoroaster? If he is talking of the swastika good luck medallion, I also would like to see the back. Boy scouts, shoes, and a number of other advertising subjects. I am amazed how popular these were.

Look like great finds to me! I'd be happy with them. :icon_thumleft:

Nice variety! I found one of those A/T valve covers recently, thought it was a safety valve for steam radiator :tongue3:
Also a brass switch cover, very thick, probably 6 oz or so :o
Nice pile o silver

Nice bunch of finds... Congratulations on all the great stuff...

Love those two lieutenant bars. The gold colored one is a 2nd lieutenant, the lowest officers rank in the army. We used to call the guys wearing those "butter bars". The silver bar is a 1st lieutenant, one rank higher. Very nice collection of finds! :icon_thumleft:

yeah brass is at $1.50 a pound here do lets see what is 60lbs x 1.50 = $90.00 just in brass... it all pays for that detector! not many hobbies can do that!
