While working a site on a ranch that use to be town in Nebraska, the rancher asked if I had found anything. "A 1941 Wheatie" I responded. He said He had bought a metal detector at a farm sale and never had used it. He went to his barn and brought out A Whites Gold Master in new condition. I asked him if he would sell it and he said yes. How much? Well I would sell it for $50. I paid him and he said that was a good deal as he had only paid twenty dollars for it. Well, I said were both happy!
