That is AMAZING for a year!!! I hope you know how lucky you guys are!
Great photos and finds!

that is awesome hutch, you said you had some stuff i didnt know you had a museum lol congrats!!!

Nice job Hutch and Amy!! Do you get the feeling when you dig one of those 3 ringers like "the last guy that held this could have been getting ready to fire at the enemy across the field"? or could have been getting fired upon himself? Wow,that's some cool CW relics ,Jerry

You have a very nice collection. Hope you can add to it alot this year :icon_sunny:

Ohio Jerry, Every bullet or anything we dig we wounder what the story behind it is. We have found a few SC buttons and did some research the General commanding the SC troops was Maxie Gregg he went through the S&^% he was at Cedar Mt. then 2nd Manassas off to Antietam where he was wounded by a pass through round that killed the first guy. The he was killed on the 2nd day at Fredricksburg. We often wounder if he was on the same piece of ground we dug the SC buttons. This year has started off Great dug our first US belt plate and Eagle I cuff and lots more good things if things keep up may beat last year

Thanks for looking and good luck to you all this year !!!

Fantastic digs. Hope you all have even a better year this year, but by the way it looks you better get busy. Good Luck. JYD

Awesome Job Bud.....Just think, this year you should be able to post a little from Antietam and a few other spot's,maybe even Gettysburg, need to talk to my Bro-in law.Again MAN what a year...
