Firestone watch fob

Found this today at my parents house. I can't seem to find any information on it in particular, but I did find a book printed about the picnic. Apparently it was held only for there senior employees. I'm assuming that means there aren't a lot of these things. I don't think it's valuable, but I do think it's an amazing find. I'm thinking this was attached to a ribbon or something originally.

Thanks!, I'm still fairly new to metal detecting and have been having fun trying to figure out what all the old things I find are.

that's really cool. maybe you could contact the Firestone corporation and inquire as to how many were made

I thought about sending an email to them. The company was sold in 1988 to Bridgestone (Japanese) and I'm not sure that's something they would have record of. Who knows though, might be worth a shot.
