First 1800's coin this season
Hello, went to a park were they just finished hosting a fair. I was hoping to clean up the clad, but there wasn't much to be found. I got a nice deep dime signal and fought the roots for a good half hour for what turned out to be a clad dime on its side
. I cranked up the power and tried the ballfields in search for something old, which used to host the county fair in the past. I had found an Indian before, so I thought I might have luck. Nothing but trash and clad for about half an hour, then I got that nice signal deep down, I had dug a foot deep hole and checked the pile. I pulled out a nice silver dime and latter found out it was an 1899. Just as soon as I found it, another man started swearing at me halfway across the field. I told him I had permission, but didn't believe me. He threatned to call the cops, so I just left so I didn't have to deal with it.
