The clock has shifted, which means I can hunt after work now. I slipped out for an hour and twenty minutes last night, the weather was cool, no bugs and the flowers were blooming.

I went to an old house site, it is COVERED in rusty nails and trash. There are no good signals, just a peep here and there, amongst the grunts. I dug a clad dime, two Wheaties (40 & 51), lot's of trash... and then this 1903 IHC. It's amazing how one little green coin will change the whole complexion of your hunt.

Fifth IHC in 2016.

Thanks for looking and best of luck on your hunts!

Love it! Congrats! Time change is a godsend for those of us not yet lucky enough to be in retirement lol.

Congrats it is amazing how one find can make the whole day worthwhile

Congratz on the IHP Tom! It looks to be in pretty good shape.

I'm so happy that time has changed and I can hunt after work again too! Silversmith and I went out yesterday after work. He had a better day than me and posted in Today's Finds. I ended up with a ton of clad, 2 wheat 44 & 55d, and a silver bracelet with a silver charm. Better than ain't none.

Ya know I have never found an IH in the "wild", only in a seated hunt. Yours is in amazing shape Tom.

Congrats on the Indian, always a welcome find. The cool bugless weather is the best!

Best time of the year when the clocks spring forward and we can hunt after work :headbang: I really like seeing those old trees like that and those dog wood blooms get me excited for spring... you run about 3 weeks ahead of me this time of year... so I better get some swinging in before the grass gets too tall. ha OH... and nice IHP man

Good job on the day light savings time finds.

We are way passed that point in Mississippi. I was sweating and got eaten alive by mosquitoes.

Dang that sucks! It's been really nice here, but the bugs are starting to come alive. However, this week we are gonna get about 8-10 degrees below freezing at night. Hopefully it'll kill off the entire first wave of the little *******s!

CG, I would take a " tame " one right now:laughing7:
Tom, you and Brad can let us in on your Injun hunting secrets!

Congrats on pulling an Indian Tom. I pulled 3 in 2014 and then it jumped to 29 last season. I most probably swung over more in 2014, I just wasn't seasoned or smart enough to dig it. Probably thought it was a Zincoln. Hope you beat me by digging 30 or more this year.

Grats. Nothing better than a nice old coin in the hole. Well done

Grats.
Love the injun

still waiting to find my first. Congrats on pulling the keeper

Nice! Great green color on your IH! Congrats on getting out and finding goodies!
