When I was about ~10 years old, my family was kayaking a lot. We have about 6 kayaks now. Anyways, we were kayaking across a big lake that had lowered down a bit. It was summer, so we got hot and tired and decided to beach ourselves to have lunch. As I got out of the kayak, I was walking around with bare feet, and stepped on a little freshwater clam shell, which cut my foot a bit. When I sat down to examine my foot and see what I had stepped on, I couldn't believe my eyes. A perfect white quartz arrowhead! Right on top of the rocks, laying in the sun! Man, my heart was beating pretty fast at this point.
I believe it is Iroquois, since it is from southeastern - central eastern Pennsylvania. I'll get a picture up here as soon as possible. Thanks.
