First Barber dime! And interesting token?

Third hunt of the year after our frost just went out.

Found my first barber and another rosie today! I am pretty excited! Our country was just opened up out here around 1880 so old stuff is few and far between.

Anybody know what kind of token that is? Its aluminum with a rough "5" on the back.

Does the 1902 Dime have a mint letter? The token could be one of those tax tokens from the 1930's. Could you show the reverse of both finds ?
