Detector(s) used
Minelab Equinox 600 + Garrett Pro-Pointer AP
Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
After an almost 10 year hiatus from metal detecting I purchased a Minelab Equinox 600 a couple weeks ago. I'm having a blast learning my new machine and forgot how much I've missed metal detecting. This was my third hunt and after only 20 minutes at my best friend's early 1900's farmhouse, I pulled this lovely Walker out of the ground right next to the front sidewalk! It hit a hard 32 on the Minelab about 4 inches down - First silver with the Nox 600 and she's a big old beauty! My first silver US half; I absolutely love this machine! :headbang:

Nice to get back in the game with a big honking piece of silver. Makes ya wonder what else is around there.

My exact thought! I can't wait to spend more time in his yard! Only problem is his kid has about 100 matchbox cars all over the back yard lol

Congrats , I was in your shoes two weeks ago. Feels good man
