Nice finds. What kind of metal(?) is that compact made from? It almost looks like a folding tin type photo frame. It's good to see everyone out huntin' again.

I think the round metal with the slot is for a scale like they use in feed stores or other weighing stations. I remember playing with one everytime we went to the feed store when I was a "yungun".

Its always a proud day when a man receives his first compact. I will never forget the day my dad gave me mine and showed me how to properly cover blemishes with powder. lol
