I hit a local auction house regularly. This time around they have quite a few "first day of issues". The ones I checked out are all 1967 or newer. Are there any post '67 first day covers that would be especially worth keeping an eye out? I'll take some time to browse them, but my specialty is scrap metal.
If you need to fill a hole in your collection let me know what it's worth to you. The auction is Friday, Dec 3. Mind you, the starting price for anything is $5 plus 21% tax and buyers fee.
