First of all Happy New year to all. I meet up with Rocky this morning for a few hours to start the year off right. Found some bullets part of a fuse and whats left of a Spencer. I also found my fist per Civil War cent piece. An 1830 5 cent. that just started the year off just right for me. Have a great year everyone!!!!!!

Great finds Hutch!!! I believe the CW soldiers were broke here in Tennessee as we rarely find money. That coin is a great find. Wishing you and the gang another great detecting year in 2010, Quindy.

Hutch,
Super job on that half dime. Those suckers sure are tiny compared to a modern dime.
Great hunt,
MM
