First Half Dime

Found my first half dime 1853.



Found a Large to today. The face is burnt.


Another first is this Crotal Bell.

why settle for a whole________when you can bag a HALF now be brave and take that ATPro up one more notch!! I run wide open to hear every whisper of a hit. if you tape the coil wire up the top of shaft then loop slack at the head--the Pro will false less and depth will get better. (bumping a clump will still give a false). spray up with DEET and get back for the rest---1700's are waiting_____________________

I do all that.
Yesterday I had clusters of up to 10 at a time on my pants and that's with using Deet.

80-81 like a dime but scratchy, 8-10". Lots of iron around so the VDI bounces around but if there's enough repeatable numbers I like, I dig. Never realized they made some smaller in diameter then a dime. First thought was a half Reale but even that's bigger.
