All Treasure Hunting
Time: 0530-1000, under water 1 and 1/2 hours
Hooka compressor with 50 feet of hose, BCD and 40lbs weighted belt.....
Water temp: 68 degrees F....
Water conditions: clear visibility 10-20 feet out
Air temp: 61 degrees F....
Machine : Whites pulse with vibra probe....
Depth: 3- 12 feet.....
Search area: Fresh water lake rocks and along some docks....
Clad: 1993 quarter and 1973 penny.
Assorted bolts, washers and fishing lures. Kinda confused with the pieces of cut aluminum though and to what purpose?
Being first dive of the season a lot of prep goes into "the dive" i.e. inspecting the boat, boat motor, trailer lights/wiring, diving gear etc. Zero water swallowed lol!
Thank you for looking!

Nice first dive of the season. Wow, 40lb belt? I don't think I've ever gone more than 12-14lbs even in a drysuit. Extra weight does help with currents though. Looking forward to seeing what else you find this season. Be safe, and keep hunting.

Good Luck :icon_thumright:
Keep it up - theres a lot of silver and gold at spots that used to have old rafts and platforms
Do research - just about every spot had one or more

Ive had health issues last few yrs stopping me from getting way out - hoping this year i will
article i did few yrs ago

Very NICE REPORT thanks

CB Makes a VERY good point. Getting certified could SAVE your life or someone else's life also. I NEVER go in any water diving without at least one SHARP KNIFE !!!EVEN FRESH WATER LAKES !!!

The reason I carry at least one knife is FISHING LINES a nd lures. If you get a fishing hook in you you need to cut the line . You have to trust me on this there are a LOT of FISHING LINES and lures out there in the water to get tangled in

I have a set of cutters and a knife at all times....I have had to use them! Braided line is like steel leader...
