This will be my first metal detecting post since getting back from Arizona. I went to a permission I have been to many times and still found some keepers. Two old bells one a Crotal bell and the other a jingle bell that would have been attached to leather. The jingle bell is marked Pat. Oct 24 1868 to 1878. Indian head penny 1869, Roosevelt dime 1948, 7 Wheat pennies, and a slot machine token from the 1920's - 1930's. Didn't find many clad coins but did dig a pile of junk. Thanks for looking and good luck out there. IMG_0001 (1).webpIMG_0003 (1).webpIMG_0004 (1).webpIMG_0005 (1).webpIMG_0006.webpIMG_0007.webp

Cool finds and nice silver!!! Congrats!!

That IH is in great shape! Nice saves-

It's always a great day in PA!

Nice finds. That IHC looks great; semi key date too, I think. Congrats!

Welcome back east and congratulations on your recoveries

Good to have you back in PA! Nice bells and the patina on the ihp is sweet. Congrats!

Your soil is extremely friendly to coppers- that 1869 Indian is SOOOO sweet and a semi-key date- Big time Congrats!

Very nice! The IHs don't come out that nice around here.

Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Welcome back Johncoho. It appears that you didn't waste any time getting back into an East coast groove...Nice finds!

Congrats on some nice finds.

It is good to be back. It was getting a little warm in Az. When it starts getting above 100 degrees, it's not conducive to metal detecting.

This is a place i've hit many times and just slowed down and dug many iffy signals. A number of these finds had nails and other junk in the hole with them.

Nice finds! Check for an overdate on that Indian cent. You may have a better find than you think! Even if it isn't an overdate, it's still probably a $50 coin depending on what the reverse side looks like.
