My Wife and I dug our first Indian Head Pennies on the same day, a couple hours apart! Hers was an 1889 and mine was a 1907!

Nice coins too... ours are usually a bit chewed up from the dirt.

Congrats to you both!

"Two intrepid adventurers and their companions who employ electromagnetic field generators to locate portals to the past"... took me a minute to figure this out! Nice!

Congrats, those look really nice!

Nothing like the first ones it's a great feeling

I'm glad you read the little blurb and got it. We are big Sci-fi nerds and i like the idea that we are time travelers in a sense that find the lost links to the past.

We just finished uploading the video where we find the IHP's and some other great relics. Check it out if you care to. Thanks to all for the encouragement.

that would great for matching jewelry !!

Congratualtions on the two IH, detecting with your wife is a great experience. :occasion14:

I wish I could get my wife out there with me! Congrats on 2 injuns in a day! One each!! Awesome ;) HH

tell her I like hers best

Good deal. Curious, who's gonna upgrade their detector first?

Yeah we are very lucky to be metal detecting partners. We hung out with the local club for 2 months and then quit. No one could actually detect they just wanted to have little dramas lol. We just want to have fun and find lots of great relics, which you can see from our videos is what we do. :)

I don't think I will ever change detectors. I just put a 13 inch ultimate coil from Detech on my AT pro and found a ton of deep silver! 2 barbers 2 war nickels 1 Mercury 1 little silver cross 1 buffalo 4 wheaties in a little over 2 hours on Sunday(my best coin day). We are upgrading my wife to the same rig once we get our tax return. If you watched that video I linked it is impressive what she finds with a Fisher F2 we got for $160. When she has the same equipment as me I don't think I will be able to keep up lol.

Wow thats so fun you both go out together! Congrats! I am trying to convince my wife to even just be around while i detect but that hasnt worked yet...
