Well today I was gonna try out my new fisher f5 but it was messing up. It would lock up after a few minutes and not work. Luckily I brought my ole trusty bounty hunter commando!! Found my first mercury, 1934!!So far I've found in this same house site 1832 large cent, 1840's Mexican reale, 1909 Indian head penny, various 1930's wheaties. Nothing over 39' even found a dogs vet tag from 1939. On the other note, I changed my order over to a minelab x-terra 550, gonna try that one. Kind of dissappointed, but hope I like this one better.

Nice merc find.. Got to love digging those beautiful coins up.. Congrats...

Pretty Merc, Congratz

If that 1909 Indian has an s mintmark it's worth 590 dollars at the least and if there's no mintmark it's worth 14 at the least

Yea, I looked it good. No mint marks, plus looks as if someone shot it with a 22. Right where the "of" is in United States of America. Guess someone was sick of seeing Indian heads on pennies.... Ha. I straightened it out, looks like an uncirculated other than the not being able to read the of!! Oh we'll.. Still a cool find, last year of Indian heads, first year of the wheats
