First Nations Canada symbol carved in stone help

Long story short, met a woman in her 90's, her father collected hundreds of arrowheads and Clovis points on their land back in the 1930's. He found this large rock with this symbol scratched in. She heard the symbol has been seen in North Dakota, but doesn't know anything else about it.

Has anyone seen this before?

Sure it wasnt a rancher's brand for his property?

Or maybe a Miners Claim Stone?? Or a cornerstone of property claims?

Looks clearly like a Heart and a Bull's head or steer horns

then you turned it over and it looked like a cowboy to me first thought, from the moustache
