Looks like doubling to me. What year and mint is that cent?
 

On the bottom of ONE CENT you can clearly see a step, I'll take better pictures once my camera is charged.

Sorry, but all you have on those coins is "machine doubling". This isn't true doubling. Cracks in the corners is quite common for that period, due to over use of the dies back then.
If you remove the doubling from the characters you are seeing the devices will appear smaller than normal. True doubling will not do that. The coins are good as examples of Md, but have no additional value. Sorry again.
