First Point 1965 ... Type please?

Howdy All, I found this in 64 or 65 in a creek at my grandparents in southern Indiana. What would ya'll call it? It's about 2 1/2 inches long.

Looks like a Knife form to me. What does the other side look like? Is it flaked like that or smooth?

It is flaked like the side that I pictured.

It looks to me more like a knife than a projectile point. It is a good looking piece too.
