Hello everyone,
Sorry for being off of T-net for so long, life, you know. But today was my first multiple silver day since day 1 of Soupie's group hunt, so that felt good, its been a long time for more than 1, and I'm happy.
I had a good hunt with Macton. We started out in woods, he had a little early success there, but I got nothing but mosquitos. We then moved to some super-trashy areas. I've had my 6x8 SEF since Christmas, but today really was the first day I got to see its power! I pulled a bunch of clad, 2 wheats, and 2 silver from among the junk. The first silver had a rusted bent bolt, a piece of foil, and a bottle cap all in the 3 inch wide hole I dug. That was awesome! granted I just got the faintest of good sound, the 6x8 snuff out the 1951 Roosie. Then, I got the Barber around 7 inches or slightly more. It must have been at the very edge of the 6x8's depth.

Happy hunting to all!
