First Ring - Early 1900's Silver Children's Ring
Out in my backyard again over the weekend. Dug up 2 more wheat pennies, '46 and '52. Then, down by the pole for the old clothesline I find this tiny ring 8 inches down, my deepest find yet in this yard.
On the inside band is the word "sterling" and a small jeweler's mark. This ring is tiny! I can only fit it over the tip of my pinky.

I found one EXACTLY like this for sale on Etsy.com
Beautiful Art Deco Antique Sterling Silver by SweetSweetVintage
I didn't expect it to be very valuable but a little disappointed that the red "stone" is most likly glass. I'm still going to have the local jewelry shop look at it just in case. They are dating theirs to the 20's which makes sense as I believe the house the built in the 1910's - 1920's
