A Captain that I fly with asked me to try and locate a ring that a friend of his daughter had lost in his backyard while camping. I went today after my trip to Panama and about 2hrs later...ring in hand. Turns out it was a ring that her boyfriend's grandmother had given him . He gave it to her to wear. She was ecstatic when I handed it to her. This was my first returned ring. Her smile made my day!

Her smile would make anybody's day. I was at a beach wedding and the bride lost her grandmother's earring. My wife said don't bring that detector before we left and I said well you never know... I so wished I had my detector. Everyone at the wedding was hunting the earing since the bride was upset and then the little 4 year old flower girl found it then fround the back too!!! The little girl was so happy and everyone was hugging her.... it was cool.
