Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
Hit an area that has a lot of activity now but used to be an 1870s or earlier farm. There are pull tabs and can slaw everywhere. Ballparked where the front yard of the house used to be, tall grass. Still jumped in there, after a couple minutes had a solid 23 in both directions, seemed too sharp of a signal to be a can. Dug in, it was only 3-4 inches deep

This has been a great month for detecting for me even though the ground is dust. I hope you all have great luck as well.

Very nice any mint mark?

That's an oldie! Those are tough to come by, at least for me. Congrats!

Thanks all, no mint mark. Here mostly we get those boring philadelphia mint coins :tongue3:

I'll never forget that my first seated was actually my first target. Ordered an ace 150 online. Got it, drove to the back 40 old homestead. Got out first 5 ft. Got a loud tone. BAM....then came the addiction way to go buddy!

Big time Congrats for knocking that category off the bucket list!
