Finally!!! After digging $80.00 in clad, I have broken the silver barrier!! Now I know the thrill you have all experienced seeing these shiny things come out of the soil! They were all found in one back yard of a house built in 1930. Thanks for looking!

Private homes around here in Cleveland is the way to go. You can still get silver at some of the parks put you have to put in long hours to pull one or two.

Thanks, Mirage- there were 8 wheat pennies from the 40s that were all in poor condition from that soil. Considering it was a rather small lot, I was thrilled to find what I did. There is another silver- probably a merc- that I could not get to because of tree roots. I needed a SAW. The property is up for sale. Now we are under snow for a while, so it may go unretrieved. That HAUNTS me!!!!!!!!!!! ?

But take some one with you in case you can't get back up because of all the clothes you got on.
