Made it out for an hour tonight before the rain started up. Spent tonight on a muddy hillside adjacent to an older elementary school. First target only 2" down was my first silver dollar. I've found other Kennedy halves before but this is the first one that popped out with that awesome shiny silver look vs the dull stained clad. It's only 40% silver, but definitely a keeper.
The oddest part of this quick hunt is that I only found one coin. However, I did find an Indian.
I find loads of bottles but this is the first one I've kept. It still smells like bad cologne...
Also found my first candle stick, trumpet style and a gold plated hoop earring and lots of other trash targets. I did think (in the dark) that the chain might be the big bling I've dreamt of as it hit in the middle of the gold range.
