First silver of the year!..........

Went water hunting with Brian again and got my first silver of the year a 1958 D Rosie, and I got a 1937 buffalo, 3 wheats, a 39 nickel, two 1967 Canadian pennies with the bird. I like these as I was born that year. Also several doo-dads. Check out the old car top just below the marble. Wish that one was all there.
Got a pendant, spoon, key, bullet, toy truck, and several clad coins too. Had fun again.

Nice finds. I like the old car. I was in the river this weekend for about 5 hours and found a stoneware cone ink and a 1920's broach. I love detecting the river in the winter. My wife calls the river my girlfriend.

Today was a great day for it, the ground thawed out here, 45 degrees, only 4

Congrats on the silver! Especially well earned water hunting in January!

Up North here we had some rain too! Actually started to see some open areas in the wooded hills yesterday! Then it froze hard last night and started to snow again. Spring is coming!
