First silver of the year

Well it was 27 deg. Today and 2-3 inches of snow but my brother and I decided to try our luck so we bundled up and went to the woods we figured there would be a little less snow on the ground. Well after 40 min I got a signal sounded like a pull tab so I dug it and it was a pull tab go figure. Well I stood up and my coil past over the hole and beep I didn't mean to check the hole but I did and out popped a 1945 Merc. Not an amazing find but I'll take it.
