Took a 5 day road trip to southern Oregon for a little bit of MDing, panning, and just exploring. Found a little bit of gold, not much, but 1 decent picker.
Would like to say thanks to Jeffro and Goldinmyear for all the great info. Goldinmyear went out of his way, using his gas and time to show us some great areas. Explored a few ghost towns and an old miners cabin, couldnt detect there, but was still alot of fun. Most of my good finds were from an old boy scout camp, a 35 quarter,3 dimes 46,47,58, a 42 nickel and 2 wheaties 48,43? the 43 looks and sounds to be steel. 1 foreign coin not old, but would like to know where its from if anybody has an idea. Found 4 rings one gold. Was a great trip and perfect weather. Finished it off by coming back down the coast for a little rock fishing, where we caught a mess of sea bass at Boiler Bay.

Thanks for looking
HH Ray

Looks like you had a successful trip all the way around! Congrats on some great finds.

HH,

Dr. Ace

Your foreign coin is a Bulgaria 50 Stotinki.
It has King Krum killing a kitty on it.
They used a similar design in 1930 and 1943.
King Krum was a medieval king and is also known as "The Madara Horseman".

Congrats!
Sounds like a great trip to me! History, MDing, and Fishing! Could it get much better than that?

Good Luck,
Mark
