first silver

Found my first silver yesterday.Was a 1923-s merc dime in beautiful shape, showed all the bands on the torch or whatever that thing is on the reverse. Had my bh for about 10 years and go maybe twice a year to a park where I camp and just detect the empty sites if there is any. Found about 2.00 in change also. I was stoked. Also found a shell from a winchester 38-56 ,which I had never heard of until yesterday.

I believe that thing on the reverse is called a fasces. No guarantees on spelling tho!
