Went out for a couple hours to try out my new " to me" AT Pro. Found a small coin spill, my first piece of jewelry and my first silver 1964 Roosevelt.

Congratulations...you have broken the silver ice!

Silver Rosie's must be the ice breaker....I just got my first silver too and it was a Rosie....hope you had the same elation I did when I saw it in the hole.

Congratulations. A 1964 Rosie was my first silver also.

Good start :hello2:Congratulations:icon_thumright:

Great score on the silver. Congrats! Now that you broke the ice, they'll be flying out of the ground like pull tabs lol

I just got the same md but its my first md. Seems solid

Yes I am impressed so far. I started with a bounty hunter QD II. It was enough to get me hooked. But I kept wondering what I was missing due to depth mainly. It seemed I was finding the majority of my coins at 4" or less. Think I only found a couple around 8" and they were the bigger coins, one dollar coins. With the AT PRO I found a small coin spill at about 7" and the Rosy at 10". Felt like I was digging forever.

Congrats on your first silver and your AT PRO. You will really like it. I to started with the BH QDII and found some good stuff to get me hooked and slowly upgraded to the pro. Now I can't get enough HH

congrats! silver doesn't come to easy, that 1st one is like gold hahahaha

That is the most exciting feeling! Digging my first silver will be one of my favorite detecting memories ever (mine was a 43' P War Nickel). Now that you've broken the ice, your coil will find its way over more and more silver, but you will remember this one the most!

That's great! I know how you feel...found my first silver today(1941 Mercury Dime), I am super excited!
