We’ll we haven’t been to any resorts since the pandemic until last week we took a trip to the Caribbean.
Took the excal in the water a couple of mornings and had some decent finds including a 1 carat diamond engagement ring and a platinum wedding band.
I remember years ago all my finds were gold or platinum. I get too many tungsten carbide these days but it’s all good fun 😄

What are some of your better finds?

I found a platinum engagement ring with 3/4 carat diamonds. Had it appraised at a jewellers for $5500 . That was 15-20 years ago and I’ve still got the ring .
About 14 years ago I took a bag of gold and platinum rings to a jewelry store and exchange them for a brand new Rolex GMT II . The watch sells for about $15k now .
I used to used a CZ20 for years and it was good but these days I use a minelab Excalibur for underwater detecting.

Nice ring collection.

Super well done... congrats.

Awsome ring finds Congratulations

"Decent Finds"? I spent 2 hours today digging flip tops and rotten pennies, but one penny was in decent shape. What you found was outstanding.
I here ya, too! Spent 4 hours in surf and cold cold water and came away only with a case of hypothermia and not much else. But that comes w the partial reinforcement mixed in with some good and a few great days. Next time!
