I finally got out and hit the beach. Not too much to get excited about but I was just glad to get out there! The coin on the left is foreign. I think from Turkey but not sure. One good thing though, my girlfriend was with me and said she would have fun if she had her own detector to search with. She asked if she could get hers in pink.

That's the best find. To have your sweetie enjoy the same hobby. I wish my wife had my metal detecting interest...

Yeah but if I do that and she gets a better detector then me I won't want to use it!!! By the way I see you are from St. Pete. I grew up in Pinellas Park and plan on moving back in Oct. I need to be near my boy cause I miss him too much. My detector will be coming with me.
