First Time Out In A Week - 16th Hunt Of Soccer Field

This morning was perfect so I headed over to this sports complex I have been doing for awhile. This was the 16th hunt of this complex which is a fairly new sports field. This field has refused to give up not one single ring, and that fact alone just drives me crazy, and keeps me going back. Even in small kids soccer fields I will usually find at least one silver ring.....but not here. Today was no different, but I did find a pocket spill of pennies and nickels, they are the shinny ones in the picture. I'm not through with this place yet, so there is still hope.

I am using my crystal ball and guessing...but I notice quite a few surface coins...or shallow ones...wonder if they had a large crowd for a certain event recently...oh and about the ring...take it easy...don't want you jumping someone for one... You have a load and I am sure more are coming your way...I took a few days off myself...nice to see you back!

All of the shinny surface looking ones were found as a pocket spill. It was all nickels and pennies. I'll be back out there tomorrow if the weather stays like it is, cloudy and cool.

I know at night while I'm not hunting they move themselves over to those areas. I'll catch a slow one yet.

I'm surprised the Amount of Traffic.

Around here I'v seen as many as 8 Teams playing at once

Early Morning so the Older ones can come in afternoon & evening.

You Not only have the Kids, but the Parents also.

Look like Great places to clean up on Spare Change.

It's sports season, everthing is getting replenished. After season I will start all over on my fields.

heres a good program like google earth for areas where theres not much data to get a close up, program is called : ArcGIS
can't remember where i downloaded it @ but it was a free download not a trial
