First Time Out

Hello everyone, my first time out with my new detector today. These are the items I found. The roller buckle is stamped RAU.F CO and PROV RI. The harness buckle is not stamped and neither is the flat plate. The plate has me baffled on what it is. Thanks and hopefully be using this forum alot.
