First time out.

Got down to the beach this morning with a few minutes to spare. Tested the simplex for about an hour for the very first time metal detecting. Time sure does go gast when your having fun. I found a quarter then a nickel, then pulled a zippo out a couple of inches down and it sure made the excitement go up. It was near a recent campfire. Pulled a few pieces of what looks to be aluminium out. Can't wait to further dialing in of the machine and try and learn what I'm doing. This is a great place and I enjoy reading and learning every day and happy to share my first finds.

From what I've seen that's a great machine
Good job on the finds a test garden would also help to learn your new machine.This hobby is a blast you will be surprised at all the cool stuff you find
I wish I could climb into my phone and be on that beach lol .great post hope to se many more
