I recently purchased an old 1260x and needed the manual so I emailed customer services at El Paso hardly daring to expect a reply yet 1 day later I received an email contained within 2 attachment's you guessed it the 1260x manual what a company.

It is awesome when you deal with a company that has employees who care. I have found that most problems can be solved by low level employees in a matter of minutes but the upper management will often scare the employees into not helping thereby creating much larger problems.
