Fisher F22 With Garrett Ace/ AT Foam Grip

I recently purchased a new Fisher F22 and I really love everything about it except the foam grip so, I ordered a Garrett replacement grip (About $2.50) and installed it on my F22. It is really great and turned out better than I thought. I have always felt that Garrett had the best foam grips in the business and now I feel I have the best of both worlds.

I will post some photos of my F22 with the grip installed when I get a chance. It is nice and thick and just feels good when swinging the detector.

I kept the original grip and put it back on after installing the Garret grip just so it stays with my detector. It fit nicely between the Garrett grip and the tail piece. Here you can also see the difference in thickness of the two grips.
